Merry Christmas

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas. I know I did. We stayed home for Christmas so Christmas Eve Bryan made prime Rib and I made twice baked potoes, green bean casserol and a cake. Then santa and Mrs Clause stopped by for a visit. Brianna was pretty scared of him but I was able to get her on his lap. Christmas morning a interesting. We had 2 of our 3 kids sick.. Brianna puked in bed so before we could go down and see what santa brought i had to give her a bath. While the kids were walking downstairs Taylor started puking. We got through the morning with only 1 more puking episode which to me was pretty good. I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas

Thanksgiving weekend

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving weekend. I know I sure did. On Wed we headed over to UT and we spent Thanksgiving at Bryans brothers house in Logan, it was really fun. Then I spent the night at my parents house and me and my sister did black friday. I love it. You always get some great deals. We had Brianna with us so instead of doing our usual Shopko, Target, Toys R Us. We went to walmart cause they said they would price match all black friday ads. So we went to walmart the night before found what we were looking for and got most of it there. Then we headed over to Toys R Us, Beth jumped in the line with Brianna while I went walking around the store trying to figure out what else to get the kids. So I am pretty much done with thier presents. Then Friday night we went to build a bear where the kids got gift certificates. Ben got another dinosauer, Brianna got a bunny and Taylor picked some princess dresses for her bears. Then we headed over to Claires and we got Taylors ears pierced. She didnt even budge, she has been begging for awhile to get them done so we decided that we would. Then on Sat we went to go and see Bolt, it was a really cute movie. Then Sun we headed home.

Taylor was having a hard day this day. She kept getting into everything. She was in the bathroom trying to get eyeliner off her face. She was in big trouble that day. I just ouldnt resist taking a picture of her. Bryan says she looks like a zombie from the song Thriller.

Brianna, Ben, and taylor in thier halloween costums. This is the 3rd yr in a row that taylor was a princess. Maybe next yr she will be something else. Ben was Darth Vador and Brianna was a pirate. She took her hat off right before this picture was taken.

Thos is sometimes how we find Brianna. She has taken naps out of her shedule but sometimes at dinner she just gets to tired.

Snowman Cake

So I got this awsome holiday cookbook and it has some really good and fun recipes in it. The other day we had a ward dinner for the holidays and I signed up to bring a dessert. Here is what I brought.

It was so cute nobody wanted to cut into it. I had to do the 1st cut so that I didnt have to take it home.

My recent project

So I just recently started a new project. I found some wonderful hairblogs that have given me tons of new hair styles for Taylor and Brianna so when I got done with thier hair i decided that it was missing something. Bows. So I decided to make a bunch of flower bows. I have been working tons to make them and today I also made Korker hair bows, really easy. You place ribbon on a wooden dowl and then bake at 200 for 1 hr. I also found instructions where you can bake them at 275 for about 25 mins. Brianna is a little unsure about the bows but taylor loves them. She seems to keep picking out the biggest bows possible for her to wear, and some turned out huge. But all in all I had a lot of fun making them.

Ben is sick

Ben is sick today and that would normally be no big deal. But many of you know I do direct selling and I go out and do shows. Well I have a fundraiser for the dance studio Taylor goes to at 1:00. SO here I have Ben not feeling well and this fundraiser to do with no family here that can watch him for me. I am so trying to decide what to do. If he doesnt throw up I will probably take him and let him sleep in the corner. But still undecided.
